(Carers. Help. Advisory. Training. Support) is a support group for parents / carers who have children or young people experiencing emotional or mental health difficulties. We run a local group on the second Tuesday of the month 11-1 at Brew me Sunshine, Victoria street, Morecambe. The group was set up by parents in partnership with CAMHS for parents to get involved in helping develop children and young peoples mental health and be aware of services available.
