North Lancashire COVID Summer Holiday Activity Fund

Part of the work I (Lucy Ellis) undertake on behalf of families in the local area is to help arrange activities that would help them during the summer holidays. In the last few years this has included days at Lancaster University doing sports, e-gaming and providing access to things that families might not normally do. As this isn't possible this year, I have teamed up with other local groups to provide something to help entertain or meet the needs of children. This fund is only open to families living in Lancaster, Galgate, Morecambe, Heysham, Carnforth areas. 

 

There is a very limited amount of money available, at the moment, to do this and in order to make it fair and ensure as many families as possible can get something, there is a maximum of £25 per family. I am fully aware that this isn't a lot and that some families have more than 1 child with additional needs. If more funding becomes available, I will open it again.
